• To participate you MUST register in the forum, it is a separate registration from the Fiction part of the site, but please feel free to use the same unsername and password if you like.

PROFILE

• You can edit your profile via the Profile link in the menu, include as little or as much information there as you feel comfortable with, the fields for age etc are not mandatory
  
• Avatars:
  To change your avatar go to Profile > Modify Profile > Forum Profile. You can select from the pre-loaded avatars (ordered by fandom) or if nothing takes your fancy, you can upload your own or link it from offsite. If you find that your avatar is a small and you can't make it as large as the preloaded ones, send me (Jacci) a PM  using the PRIVATE MESSAGES (PM) system via My Messages in the menu and I can get it loaded into the system for you (so it will be nice and big and shiny like the others  )
• Time:
  if your local time is not showing correctly you can fix this by going into My Profile > Modify Profile > Look and Layout. Alter the TIME OFFSET by hitting the auto detect, or you can adjust manually by inputting the number of hours that your local timezone is off from the forum timezone (GMT).
