The most loving? Umm…all of them 
The most care-taking, well for that I have to go with John Sheppard. The other Doms are also bosses and ultimately have a job that’s bigger than their Dom/sub relationship, a case of other commitments and compromises that they probably hate but when it comes down to the fate of a 10yr. old (or the entire USA) the job kind of takes over. That’s not to say John doesn’t have other responsibilities but his entire purpose on Atlantis, form the very begining, is basically protect/take-care-of the geeks – and his sub happens to be head geek.
