I agree with pretty much everything you said about this episode. Blah describes it very well. As for Ziva headslapping Tony, I really thought for a moment that he was going to make it very clear to her that she wasn’t allowed to do that…then nothing.
Anyway, the one really bright spot in the episode was the bucket list. I absolutely loved it when Tony mentioned he needed to mark off “Naked on a Ferris Wheel” and instead of a headslap Gibbs tosses him a black marker. It made me think maybe Gibbs is helping Tony finish his bucket list. LOL!
